✦ By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below. ✦
GENERAL TERMS
✦ I reserve the right to cancel a commission due to rude or ill behaviour from the client, or any other similar circumstances that I will not tolerate.✦ I maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. HOWEVER, I will not post pieces upon request.✦ Work In Progress will only be given if the commissioner personally ask for it. WIPs will be given as well, if I the artist, feel the need to update you on it, such as inquiring about more details and client's opinions.
AS THE CLIENT..
✦ Please provide neat references or clear instructions. Clear communication is essential.✦ You may not reprint the commissioned art for profit. Use the copyrighted artwork for PERSONAL USE ONLY.✦ You may requests small edits and corrections to finished pieces. Large edits and redraws must be paid for.✦ You are allowed to post the work to your own website/social media, however, credit or a link back to me, is required.
PAYMENT & REFUNDS
✦ All commissions must be paid in full upfront via PayPal. All prices are listed in United State Dollars (USD).✦ (If coloured/rendered is ordered) I will send a sketch before payment, the rest of the commission begins only when full payment is received.✦ (If sketch is ordered) Commission begins only when full payment is received.✦ I will wait one full week for payment before throwing out your slot.✦ REFUNDS: I allow full refunds before I've begun work, partial if I'm partway through, and no refund once I've finished your piece.
